Tahoe Tranquility on the North Shore...

You will enjoy breathtaking views of North Lake Tahoe and snowcapped mountains from our large L-shaped deck.The house is elegantly furnished yet provides you with a comfortable and warm feeling. The deck contains an outdoor gas grill so you and your family may enjoy the spectacular views while grilling out in the evening. The home is located above Highway 28/AKA North Lake Tahoe Blvd. and is quickly accessible to all recreational destinations. Our home is locally owned, maintained, and cleaned.

The living room is equipped with a TV, a VCR, a DVD player and many entertaining videos and ski training tapes. This room also has a convienent gas log and stone hearth fireplace for those cool nights and snowy days. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped galley kitchen and then bring out the desert rose china to the elegant table in the formal dining room for a truly special setting. The home also has a second small dining room downstairs that doubles as a delightful game room. Many popular games are provided for your enjoyment.

The family room is on the lower level and holds a comfortable fold out sofa bed that has a sumptuous feather bed to make it even more comfortable. The family room is also equipped with a TV and VCR/DVD players. All bedrooms have TV/VCR's included and contain body basic alarm clocks so that you may fall asleep to the soothing and peaceful sounds of nature.

The house includes a garage that will hold 1 car and 2 additional spots are available in the driveway. There is no garage door opener.

The home is located only 1/2 of a mile from the nearest casino, beach, and marina. Kings beach dining is close, as are mountain biking, golf, tennis, parasailing, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, boating, and other water sports. Snow skiiing, snowmobile trails, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, and ice skating are all close as well. "Incline Village" is only 5 miles east of this home. Summer and winter recreational rentals are also available and very close to the home.

Grocery shopping is convienent and if you just don't have the time we do provide a grocery shopping service at an hourly charge. Just email us your list and the groceries will be in your cabinets when you arrive! A daily cleaning service is also available to make your stay a true vacation, this also carries an hourly charge.

There is a cleaning fee that will be assessed after your stay has concluded. This fee is also billed on an hourly rate rather than a flat rate to accommodate all of our guests.
