All rates quoted are on a per night basis. There is a minimum cleaning charge of $150. More than 3 hours of cleaning time will result in additional charges on a per hour basis of ($50). Cleaner guests will be charged less.

Seasons:

Spring (Low Season Rates) runs from April 15th thru June 15th
Summer (Prime Season Rates) runs from June 15th thru September 15th
Fall (Low Season Rates) runs from September 15th thru December 15th
Winter (Prime Season Rates) runs from December 15th thru April 15th

Holidays:

Memorial, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving reservations are billed at the Prime Rate.

Special holiday reservations require a one week minimum stay. These apply to the following dates:

December 20th thru December 27th
December 27th thru January 3rd
Any reservation that falls on the day of July 4th

Check In/Out:

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. If we have an opening before or after your stay we will accommodate any requests for changing these times. If our home is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important so that we have time to make the home beautiful for our new guests to enjoy.
